Ebone and Linay are lovers manifesting a history of independence and family violence. The story deals with issues of battery and abuse and what will become of a womans conflict at the mercy of the social services system. With few resources for the LGBT community working against them, the culture, sexual orientation, and a societys preconceived idea of family, will prove the Baltimore social system unprepared for unique women in crisis.
